Description
The purpose of this contract is to conduct analysis of Blue Origin commercial space technology for Department of Defense (DoD) point to point material transportation. This effort was competitive. This was awarded as a firm fixed price contract. In selecting the appropriate contract type, the contracting officer considered the factors in FAR 16.104.
