The Regional Contracting Office (RCO) Marine Corps Installation West, Marine Corps Base Camp Pendleton, California, intends to procure the services of a qualified Religious Ministry Professional to serve as a Roman Catholic Priest in support of the Roman Catholic Community at the Marine Corps Air Station (MCAS) Yuma Chaplains Office.
