Description

CLIN 001 V-4111 NEX Building Repairs include removal and replacement of the Main NEX Building Roof, Garden Center Main and Lean-to and the Front Faade. The Roof Access Ladder and Hatch to be removed and replaced new. Two (2) loading dock levelers to be replaced with canopies and bumpers. The exterior of both NEX and Commissary Building shall be power washed, cleaned and painted. All caution colors shall be reapplied. Exterior attachments and signs shall be removed and protected. Replace all existing ductwork in the NEX Building only. The ceiling grid is to remain in place. The contractor shall require a Florida Licensed Professional Engineer as necessary for the required work.
