Description
Interested vendors need not respond to this notice. The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Philadelphia Division intends to initiate a Request for Proposal (RFP) to procure a roofing maintenance and repairs IDIQ. Work will include roof inspections, roof surveys, gutter cleanings, repairs, replacement, among others. The contract ordering period is expected to be 5 years on a Firm Fixed Price (FFP), Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) single award contract. IAW FAR 36.204, the construction magnitude is "More than $10,000,000." The solicitation will be 100% Small Business set-aside. Payment and performance bonding is a requirement for this procurement.
