Notice of Intent to Sole Source The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 21, intends to award a sole source Firm Fixed Price contract to Recology Vallejo (UEI: FC81TJP29461 ) in accordance with FAR 6.103-1 Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. The requirement is for waste management removal and recycling services at Mare Island VA Outpatient Clinic. The sole source is based on the Franchise Agreement with the City of Vallejo, California that authorized Recology Vallejo to provide these services within city limits.
