NOTICE OF AWARD The Veterans Health Administration (VHA), Network Contracting Office 16, (NCO16) in accordance with VAAR 819.7008 has awarded contract 36C25625P1757 on a sole-source basis to Veterans Tactical Solutions LLC., a Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB), for unarmed guards to support the Jackson, MS VAMC. The determination not to compete the requirement is solely within the discretion of the Government.
