Description
The purpose of this notice is to make publicly available the Justification and Approval for the award of the subject sole source, firm fixed price purchase order under authority of FAR 16.505(b)(2)(i)(B). This purchase includes 1 TB Best Effort - Aviation service for existing Starshield Aviation terminals installed on aircraft. The customized operation PLEO broadband data transport service will permit multiple user terminals in a designated group to share data usage allocation. See redacted J&A attached.
