Replace aging delay generators and networking hardware. The legacy systems have shown an increase in component failures due to age and are far past service life. The legacy systems are no longer supported by the original equipment manufacturer (OEM). The delay generators needed for testing must meet certain requirements to effectively provide the necessary capability.
