Soo Locks Generator and Duct Bank

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Detroit District is seeking contractors for the Soo Locks Generator and Duct Bank, located at the Soo Locks in Sault Ste. Marie, Michigan. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers intends to issue a Request for Proposal (RFP) to award a single firm fixed-priced contract for the Soo Locks Generator and Duct Bank. The work includes construction of new duct bank and manholes from Magazine Street Substation to a new manhole above Shaft #1 and new cable tray and support within shaft 1 and the service tunnel to splice point between shaft #3 and #4.
