This contract action is fixed-price.The SPCC plan is highly specialized, and there would be unacceptable delays in fulfilling the agency's requirements if the requirement is competed. Alliance Solutions Group, Inc. (SDVOSB) has completed work with the Safety and Security service previously. They are very familiar with how the Government conducts business, and they are informed with our requirements. Alliance Solutions Group, Inc. is GSA pricing qualified. They have done the same type of work in the past, and they are licensed to do the work.
