Description

Oceaneering International, Incorporated (OII) was awarded a Cost-Plus Fixed Fee (CPFF) Level of Effort (LOE) contract modification for the Submarine Rescue and Operation Maintenance Contractor (SROMC). The contractor will provide submarine rescue vehicle maintenance service in San Diego, CA. The contract action was awarded on a sole source basis pursuant to the authority of 10 U.S.C. 3204(a)(1), as implemented in FAR 6.302-1; The supplies or services required are available from only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. OII is the only known source capable of accomplishing the requirements in the timeframe required. he contract includes CPFF LOE line items for labor efforts and CPFF for other direct costs.
