Station Houston Boathouse HVAC Repairs

The United States Coast Guard is soliciting quotes from qualified individuals or firms to provide all labor, materials, and equipment necessary for expediting the repairs needed to repair the units air conditioning system for the boat house. Prior to submitting a quote, it is mandatory to examine the Statement of Work (SOW), and it is highly recommended to visit the facility to take field measurements, evaluations, etc., and become familiar with existing conditions under which the work will be performed. After the award of contract, a pre-conference will be held prior to starting the work at Coast Guard Station Houston. All work is to be completed in accordance with the SOW. This will be a firm-fixed priced purchase order awarded to the lowest reasonable price technically acceptable bidder
