Description
This serves as notice that the United States Government has accepted an offer to lease 9,995 rentable square feet of space yielding 9,085 ANSI/BOMA office area square feet as a Succeeding Lease acquisition for a Department of Veterans Affairs, CRRC located at 825 Dorcas Street, Omaha, NE 68108. The lease has been awarded to Victory Commercial, LLC in Omaha, NE. Tenant Improvements in the amount of $6,000.00 to be paid lump sum upon completion. Rent Commencement is planned for July 2026 to be paid at a Fully Serviced annual rent of $241,978.95 (Year 1) with annual shell and operating rent increases. The lease terms are set at 20 years, 10 years firm. VA may terminate this lease after the firm term with 90 days written notice to the Lessor.
