Description
Due to GAO protest and the resultant voluntary corrective action taken by the agency, the Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) Aircraft Division, Patuxent River awarded a sole source bridge contract to Avian-Precise Company, LLC (APC), 22111 Three Notch Rd, Lexington Park, 20653 for $2,050,069.99. The resultant contract is a Cost Plus Fixed Fee Contract with period of performance of 1 May 2025 through 30 August 2025. The bridge contract is needed to allow for sufficient time to transition from the current contract to the new contract, and to allow for the uninterrupted continuation of contracted systems engineering and technical engineering sustainment support services to the SED.
