NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE SOLICITATION NUMBER: M67004-17-Q-1014 Synopsis: The Government hereby submits a notice of intent to award a firm fixed price contract for Tactical Operator Course under other than full and open competition to National Association of State Boating Law Administrators Inc. (NASBLA), Lexington, KY., a Large Business. The period of performance is for one year and will be less than $150,000.00. Other than full and open competition is in accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b) and an approved Justification and Approval is on file.
