Description

Through this justification for other than full and open competition, the U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS), United States Customs and Border Protection (CBP), Office of Acquisition, issued a bilateral modification to two existing task order contracts (70B01C20F00000497 and 70B01C21F00000556) issued under IDIQ 70B01C20D0000018, awarded to Koman Construction LLC, an 8(a) ANC contractor, pursuant to FAR 19.808-1 and 6.303-1, to continue services for tactical infrastructure maintenance located in the Rio Grande Valley, Texas Sector along the U.S./Mexico Border. The modifications will exceed the current $25M ceiling for single-award IDIQ contracts issued to Alaska Native Corporations (ANCs).
