Description
The purpose of this notice is to publish the redacted Justification for Exception to Fair Opportunity (JEFO) for the TCTS II ICS order N6893625F0052 under the CEIS 2 Multiple Award Contract. As required by FAR 16.505(b)(2)(ii)(D) this J&A is hereby posted for the aforementioned order award. This JEFO contains Controlled Unclassified Information and is therefore attached as a secure document. Contractors must be certified through Defense Logistics Information Services in order to access Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) or Export Controlled Information.
