Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs, Veterans Health Administration (VHA) Contracting Office issued a sole source award to Shepherds Heart Fellowship to provide services in accordance with the Pittsburgh VAMC Healthcare for Homeless Veterans program. Shepherds Heart Fellowship was awarded a sole source IDIQ contract because Veterans were already residing in the facility and relocation of the Veterans would be detrimental to the care being provided.
