Description
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation under the authority of FAR Parts 12 and 15. The Library of Congress (Library) seeks a commercial shipper and/or specialized firm to package, store, and transport Library materialsranging greatly in use, size, and distancesafely and efficiently from a variety of locations across the country and around the world. These materials include four different performance areas of items and collections: (1) Non-Fragile, (2) Fragile, (3) Fine Arts, and (4) Film/Media. The Library intends to award a firm-fixed-price (FFP) Indefinite-Delivery, Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) contract.
