The Defense Logistics Agency is planning to issue a solicitation for a national requirements contract for Trazodone HCL Tablets. Procurement details follow. Trazodone HCL 50 MG Tablets in 90, 100, 500, and 1,000 count bottles and Trazodone HCL 100 MG Tablets in 90, 100, 500, and 1,000 count bottles. This will be an unrestricted and fully competitive acquisition. The contract will be a firm-fixed price, requirements type contract with a one-year base and four one-year options. A contract resulting from this solicitation will establish a national supply source, in accordance with FAR 52.216-21 (Requirements), to provide the items listed in the schedule for purchase by Department of Defense, Department of Veterans Affairs, Indian Health Service and Bureau of Prisons customers through the DLA
