Description
This is an award notice to inform that the Naval Surface Warfare Center Indian Head Division (NSWC IHD) issued a firm-fixed-price (FFP) sole source contract N0017425P0068 to Tactical Electronics and Military Supply L.L.C. on 3 March, 2025 for $148,107.58 under FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i) authority. As this was a mission critical requirement, a delay in the award of the contract would have resulted in a detrimental impact to mission readiness. This notice is not considered a request for quotation or proposal. No solicitation document is available nor will telephone requests be honored. No contract will be awarded on the basis of offers received in response to this notice.
