Description
This is a notification that the United States Marshals Service (USMS) Asset Forfeiture Division (AFD) intends to award a sole source, Firm-Fixed Price contract under statutory authority 41 USC 3304(a)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy the Agency Requirements. The current contractor, Delta 21 Resources Inc. located at 107 E Broadway St. Lenoir City, TN 37771, is providing services for onsite seizure/evidentiary support, transportation, daily care, veterinary treatment, food, kenneling, expert witness services as needed, and disposal services for canines involved in illegal fighting operations.
