Description
Notice of Intent to Sole Source Wireless Service The Naval Supply Systems Command (NAVSUP), Fleet Logistics Center Jacksonville (FLCJ), FL intends to issue a sole source award for the procurement of Wireless Services to Verizon/Cellco via Spiral 4. A minimum signal strength of -110 dBm and an average RSRP of -92.4 dBm across all critical CNATRA and NATRACOM areas and a high success call rate is required.
