Description
The objective of this service contract is to have a contractor to provide all labor, materials, supplies, tools, equipment, parts, software (needed for the general operation of the equipment), travel, ICRA Barriers, supervisors, and qualified personnel to provide annual and bi-annual preventive maintenance services for four (4) condenser water pumps, eight (8) chilled water pumps, and four (4) cooling tower motors and gearboxes. The Premises and all areas of the Property, to which the Government has routine access, shall be maintained in a clean condition. In addition, the contractor shall provide supplies and equipment for the term of the contract.
