WFL AE Design IDIQ

Western Federal Lands Highway Division (WFLHD) requires architect-engineer (AE) project planning, preliminary engineering, and post-design support during acquisitions and construction; collectively referred to as Preliminary Engineering (PE) for the purpose of this document. PE begins with the identification of transportation system deficiencies and ends with successful project completion. PE includes development of high-level iterations of the overall project feasibility and all aspects of project development, such as project management, design activities, survey, Right of Way ,environmental compliance, technical services, and administrative support services. The government intends to award up to five contracts for a period of five years with two contracts set-aside for small business. *A
