This modification P00002 to SPRDL1-25-D-0048 is being issued for the following reasons: 1. To change the inspection point of the product location from Roddy Atc (Cage code 55337) at 412 Elmwood Court 1 Sharon Hill, PA 19079 to the Toota Group (Cage code 93ST9) 1589 Reed Rd Ste 8 Pennington, NJ 08534. 2. Add FAR clause 52.246-2 Inspection of Supplies-Fixed -Price for DCMA to have the right of access to the facility to perform Government Quality Assurance functions. 3. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged and in full force and effect.
