Description
The purpose of this no-cost unilateral Modification P00003 to contract SPRDL1-25-D-0048 is to align the file with the following requirements: 1. Expressly identifies OppZo Loan Servicing, LLC as the assignee/financing institution for Contract SPRDL1-25-D-0048. 2. Reference and attach the fully executed Notice of Assignment and Assignment of Claims, so DFAS has clear authority to route all contract and delivery order payments to OppZo in accordance with the executed documents. 3. There is no change to the obligatory dollar amount of this contract. 4. All other terms and conditions of the base contract all delivery orders remain the same and in full force and effect.
