Amendment 0001 December 12, 2025 - Prospective offerors must complete and return to CDC , Offeror Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA), as a precondition to receive access to Attachments ATT001 through ATT022. These documents are not attached to the SAM.gov notice because they contain non-public information. Please send the completed Offeror NDA by e-mail to Megan Kelly, Contract Specialist, at xvp9@cdc.gov and Liubov Kriel, Contracting Officer, at vyh1@cdc.gov. Once CDC receives the Offeror NDA properly completed and signed by the prospective offeror, CDC will furnish to the prospective offeror the attachments through an encrypted e-mail. CDC reserves the right to restrict access to non-public information notwithstanding the prospective offeror completing and returning the Offeror NDA. December
