THIS IS AN INFORMATIONAL NOTICE ONLY AND NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTES. This notice is for the issuance of a blanket purchase agreement call request on Forest Service FMAC Blanket Purchase Agreement. THIS IS A REQUEST UNDER A PREVIOUSLY ISSUED BPA. WE ARE NOT LOOKING TO ADD NEW CONTRACTORS TO THE BPA AT THIS TIME. Place of contract performance: Project is located at the Wrangell Ranger District Administrative Site at 525 Bennett Street in Wrangell, AK, approximately 80 miles northwest of Ketchikan. Description: The contractor shall provide all management, supervision, labor, personnel, transportation, materials, equipment, and supplies, except as otherwise specified, necessary to provide repair and replacement of the 8 garage doors, 1 main entry door assembly, 7 external doors and 7 door knobs
