ELMA-CREATE UNIVESALLY ACCESSIBLE TRAIL & CAVE EXPERIENCE - The Work includes but is not limited to: constructing .75 mile improvements on existing El Calderon Trail and construction of a new trail to the existing vault restroom from the parking lot to meet Architectural Barriers Accessibility Act Standards (ABAAS) and Outdoor Recreation Access Routes (ORAR); installation of a structural steel ABA boardwalk system into Junction Cave, installation of steel and cable guardrails adjacent designated cave openings, development and installation of a new amphitheater with gabion type benches set into a hillside; relocation of existing signage and fabrication and placement of new wayside frames, installation of ABA parking on a concrete slab with markings and signage, removal and replacement of wo
