Description
The Department of the Interior (DOI), Interior Business Center (IBC), Acquisition Services Directorate (AQD), on behalf of the Department of Defense (DoD), Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA) at White Sands Missile Range (WSMR) in New Mexico is seeking to a contract to repair Tunnel 7 for DTRA at the WSMR ALT-SHIST. The repair project to Tunnel 7 includes all pertinent and necessary site preparations, site improvements, safing, and restoration and modification of the structure for both pre and post testing. The contractor shall repair a D-shape tunnel and overburden using the D-shape of 20 feet depth and width, inside the tunnel.
