Description
PROJECT DESCRIPTION: This acquisition is for a Design/Build Construction Contract for the Southwest Region on the Mescalero Apache Reservation. This project is to bring an Adult Detention Center to full and functional completion which will include various Facility Improvements & Repair (FI&R) activities including but not limited to design, construction, installation and demolition. PROJECT LOCATION(S): The work shall be at the Mescalero Adult Detention Center located at 386 Sawmill Dr., Mescalero, NM 88340 in the Southwest Region on the Mescalero Apache Reservation. MAGNITUDE: The magnitude of construction is between $500,000 and $800,000.
