This posting provides notice that the sole source justification for the Borrower Defense Adjudication Support Task Orders is being posted pursuant to GSAM 538.7104-3(b)(3)(iii), which requires the ordering activity to publish a notice and post the justification within 14 days after award that exceeds the simplified acquisition threshold. This is NOT an active procurement opportunity, but is instead required posting of an approved justification subsequent to Task Order modification award.
