ICE requires a one-year renewal for License Maintenance and Support for an existing enterprise software deployed throughout the agency's production environment. The requirement includes continued access to manufacturer-provided software maintenance, security patches, product updates, technical support, and software version updates necessary to maintain secure, stable, and fully supported mission-critical systems.
