Presolicitation notice for construction project MT FLAP PARK 2021(1), Old Yellowstone Trial South Improvements and Preservation NOTICE OF SUBCONTRACTING OPPORTUNITY This project will be solicited to the Yellowstone/Grand Teton MATOC contractors. Information on the MATOC contractors may be found on our website at: https://highways.dot.gov/federal-lands/business/construction-contracting-idiq/yellowstone-grand-teton This project is anticipated to be solicited Spring 2025. This project will include 2 bid schedules. Only one schedule will be awarded. To ensure you receive notification when the solicitation documents are posted to SAM.gov, please click on the follow button at the top of the opportunity page. When solicitation documents are issued, REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (specifications and plans) will be posted at this link. PROJECT: MT FLAP PARK 2021(1), Old Yellowstone Trail South Improvements and Preservation LOCATION: 55 miles S of Livingston, MT WORK: This project consists of drainage, roadway reconditioning, aggregate surfacing, and signage. LENGTH: 5.51 miles (Schedule A) and 8.18 miles (Schedule B) TENTATIVE COMPLETION DATE: Fall 2025 CONTRACT TYPE: Firm-Fixed-Price Task Order ESTIMATED PRICE RANGE: Between $2 million and $ 5 million.
