The Federal Bureau of Prisons is seeking proposals for Residential Reentry Center and Home Confinement services for male and female Federal Offenders in the Hampton Roads, Virginia area, including Virginia Beach, Norfolk, Chesapeake, Newport News, Hampton, Portsmouth, Suffolk, Poquoson, and Williamsburg. Home Confinement radius is within 100 miles of the RRC Facility.
