The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Detroit District is seeking contractor with the capability to provide construction services for Maintenance Dredging for South Haven Harbor and New Buffalo Harbor. The project includes mobilize to dredge of both New Buffalo Harbor, located in Berrien County, Michigan and South Haven Habor, located in Van Buren County, Michigan. De-mobilize when dredging is completed. NO SOLICITATION, SPECIFICATION OR DRAWING are available for this Notice. The Government intends to solicit this opportunity as an Invitation for Bid (IFB). The IFB is intended to be issued as a 100% Small Business Set Aside, and the Government intends to award to the lowest priced bid that is determined to be responsible. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this work is 237990, Other Heavy and Civil Engineering Construction, which has a small business size standard of $37.0 million in average annual receipts with the Dredging and Surface Cleanup Activities exception. General Information The Government intends to issue a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) Construction Contract. The estimated anticipated Solicitation Posting Date: April 7, 2026 The estimated anticipated Bid Due Date: May 7, 2026 The estimated magnitude of construction is between $500,000 and $1,000,000.
