8(a) Sole Source (non-competitive) Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract issued to ensure potential environmental impacts associated with past activities on property under Navy stewardship located in the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico are thoroughly investigated and appropriate response actions are developed and implemented to protect public health, welfare, and the environment. Support may include site assessments and/or inspections, Corrective Measures Implementation (CMI), Operation and Maintenance (O&M) of remediation systems, and Long-Term Monitoring (LTM) within the Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command (NAVFAC) Southeast (SE) area of responsibility (AOR). The environmental services provided under this contract are primarily RCRA projects
