Marine Corps Installations East intends to procure Multi-Function Device Leasing and Support Services outlined below, on a sole source basis from Cartridge Technologies, LLC in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Overhaul Part 5.301. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 532420 with $40,000,000 size standard. Usage of a less capable provider in place Cartridge Technologies, LLC. would result in significant negative operational impacts to 2d Radio BN. DLA is the Department of War's (DOW) single manager for document services, including leased Multi-functional Devices (MFDs).
