Combined Synopsis-Solicitiation | 11 September 2026: This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested, and a written solicitation will not be issued. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, New Orleans District, has a requirement for 3-Way Control Valve and Controls for the U.S. Dredge Wheeler. This requirement is being issued as a Total Small Business Set-Aside under Request for Quote (RFQ) No. W912P826QA039 and is being procured as a firm-fixed-price contract. The Government anticipates awarding one (1) contract resulting from this solicitation to the o?eror responsible whose quote conforms to the solicitation and represents the best value to the Government. This procurement is being conducted in accordance with FAR Part 12 Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services and FAR Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures. .
