Description
THIS IS A PRESOLICIATION NOTICE NOT A SOLICITATION. A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL WILL BE POSTED ON OR ABOUT December 5, 2025. The South Texas Veterans Health Care System currently has a requirement for a project to replace and repair HVAC dampers to improve air quality of Audie L. Murphy VA Hospital, at 7400 Merton Minter Boulevard, San Antonio, TX 78229. The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, supplies, tools and equipment, supervision, and construction services necessary for the installation, repair and replacement of dampers and any associated parts mentioned in the drawings. All construction and installation work shall comply with the VA specifications for material and workmanship, NEC, NFPA and all applicable city, county, state, and federal regulations, and codes OSHA standards.
