Technical Capability Understanding of Scope: Demonstrated understanding of door hardware and mechanical units for door operators, electrical work to provide power to the mechanical units for door operators and bollard installation. Approach/Methodology: Clear and feasible plan for coordination between disciplines and approach for completing the work. Staffing Plan: Qualified personnel with 3+ years of established knowledge of door operating mechanisms and bollard installation.
