The purpose of this action is to publicize the award of Contract 70T04023C7672N002 to Rohde & Schwarz USA, Inc. to provide the Transportation Security Administration (TSA) with Advanced Imaging Technology (AIT) systems and all associated services and support under the subject Justification and Approval. AIT systems are a type of transportation security equipment that are used to screen passengers at airport checkpoints. This Justification and Approval for Other than Full and Open Competition has been reviewed and approved in accordance with established TSA procedures and is hereby publisehd in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 6.3 and in accordance with the requirements of FAR 6.303-2, the justification for the use of the statutory authority under FAR Subpart
