Sole Source Justification to support award of HT942525P0045 to Aptagen LLC in accordance with FAR 153.501(a)(1)(ii) -- sole source (including brand name) under the authority of simplified procedures for certain commercial items. This requirement is for the generation of two (2) Deoxyribonucleic Acid (DNA) Aptamer Libraries, per anticipated project, per year in support of USAMRIID.
