Description
Information on submitting bids can be found in the "Bid Instructions." The Department of Veterans Affairs, National Cemetery Administration (NCA), anticipates awarding a Firm, Fixed Priced contract, in accordance with FAR Part 14, Sealed Bidding. The Contractor shall provide all labor, supervision, material, and equipment necessary to raise, realign, reset, and clean the designated upright marble headstones; and renovate turf in designated burial sections with additional earthwork in certain areas at Fort Lyon National Cemetery IAW the Statement of Work (SOW), drawings, and specifications. The total performance period for this project is 160 calendar days from issuance of the Notice to Proceed (NTP).
