5/5/2025 - AMENDMENT 2: (update 003) Answers Vendor Questions. Please submit signed amendments with proposal. (update 002 corrected the archive date). AMENDMENT 1: (update 0001) Corrects Offer/Proposal Due date and updates the Questions Due date. All Amendments must be submitted with proposal. Provide all parts, labor, tools, equipment, materials, transportation and supervision necessary to Install new elevator in Building 6058. Elevator to be installed in existing elevator shaft. Provide related structural, plumbing, HVAC, and electrical work per construction documents. in accordance with the Statement of Work, Drawings and Contract Documents. This procurement is 100% Small Business Set Aside under NAICS Code 238290 with a corresponding small business size standard of $22.0 Million.
