This was awarded as a competitive, Total Small Business Set-Aside. The project services are to address groundwater contamination associatedwith historical releases from the Bulk Fuels Facility (BFF) at Kirtland Air ForceBase (KAFB). The primary objective of this contract is to fulfill KAFB obligationsto address groundwater contamination resulting from historical releases of theBFF.
