The Naval Air Warfare Center, Aircraft Division, Lakehurst, New Jersey intends to solicit and award a Fixed Price contract on a sole source basis to Donaldson Company Inc. (CAGE: 18265) 1400 West 94th Street, Bloomington, MN for the purchase of for a quantity of three (3) Engine Air Particle Protection Systems (EAPPS) Test Set (PN: 125710-1010) optional quantity two (2) to support FMS Case, optional quantity two (2) to support domestic, in support the NAVAIR CH-53K Program. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, "Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements" for this action.
