This Notice of Intent is prepared in accordance with FAR Subpart 5.2, Synopsis of Proposed Contract Actions for the Classical Physical Education Pilot Program Requirement. THIS NOTICE IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS OR QUOTATIONS. A SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE POSTED. The Government intends to make a sole source service contract with Iliad Athletics, LLC, a provider of classical physical education curriculum, training, and implementation support services. Iliad Athletics develops Classical Physical Education Programs, which combine traditional physical training methods, functional movement, nutrition education, character development, and teacher professional learning into a comprehensive educational program designed for K-12 educational environments.
