Description
THIS IS A PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE ONLY. This is not a Request for Proposal (RFP). No proposals are being solicited or accepted at this time. The Government is not liable for any costs incurred by interested parties in response to this notice. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Baltimore District, intends to issue a solicitation for the design and construction of a new Component Rebuild Shop at Letterkenny Army Depot, Pennsylvania.
